Every property is special and should have a “wow” factor when any project is undertaken. We have experienced team members for every step of the process. No single phase is any more or less important than the other. A project only functions smoothly when everything operates as a whole. Over the course of the project; internally our team are constantly updated with accurate information to ensure that, regardless the query, you will receive communication promptly, at any point during (or after) the order.
YOUR PIECE OF MIND Our Project Process
It is important on all projects, be it a refurbishment, an extension or new builds, that the scope and timelines are clear from day one. We clearly specify each project so that you know the total price given is the entirety of the cost needed. This avoids the confusion and worry of extra costs impacting your overall budget. Should the scope expand beyond the original contract, we would then discuss any impact it may have so that you are aware and informed. That said, we aim to be as competitive as possible at every step.
We always endeavour to manufacture your timber windows and doors as quickly as possible but ultimately value the quality of the finished product. We would rather give you a realistic and accurate timeline than an optimistic one which will ultimately cause disappointment and frustration down the line. At each stage of the process we provide our most accurate estimate for timelines, meaning you can sit back and relax rather than chase for updates.
Once the installation is under way (if required), our experienced installation team will consult with you to find out your preferred fitting order along with any special requirements you may have. Often after a conversation in the morning of the first day our clients will leave a key with the installation team, comfortable that their home is in safe hands and they can continue with their everyday life. When the installation is completed, we will complete a comprehensive handover to ensure that the installation, it is 100% complete without any snags. As well as this, we appreciate greatly any feedback our clients can provided us, regarding their experience and take them on board to further improve our service. We aim to provide the best, total package. To us, the service is just as important as the product itself as this is the only way we will grow as a business.
Finally we value our after-sales service as much as the initial sales. Ultimately our view is, if you look after your customers, word of mouth means work comes to you and what you put in you get back in return.
