We founded Premium Timber Windows after many years working for larger, established timber window companies. We felt that the service provided by those companies was being held back by huge overheads, demanding a large volume of projects, that were turned over quickly. This meant that project decisions were often made with the demands of the business in mind, rather than that of the customer.

By establishing a smaller, more focused company, with lower overheads, Premium Timber Windows has been able to switch focus to ensure that the customer experience and quality of product are the priority. The Directors are supported by an experienced and knowledgeable, regional sales team. This allows the team to be local to you and always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Our installation teams are highly skilled and experienced in dealing with older, historic and period properties. As well as the window installation, we are able to take care of any plastering, rendering etc. as required. Our fitters arrive promptly at the start of the day and will leave your premises tidy at the end of the working day. We never outsource a project to third parties, ensuring that we have complete control of the quality of your project from start to finish.

As we manufacture all of the windows and doors we install, we have complete control over the entire process. From your initial enquiry, through to post installation aftercare.
