Situated in a conservation area, the property required replacement timber sash windows that would preserve original sightlines, timber sections and glazing proportions. The existing original windows were draughty, inefficient, and had noticeable heat loss. Any change had to blend seamlessly with neighbouring façades while coordinating with the new rear extension.
